Sal today, we made plant-based macaroni and cheese. We soaked cashews, raw, cashews. And then we Blended them in a in a processor with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt and pepper and we cook pasta and then we place the mixture over the pasta. And big fit in the oven and because ate some and brought some home, we talked about non-dairy options and why that should be good for the environment and doing the meatless Monday and the kids loves it and they were excited to take some home. And it went really well. Thank you. This is Elise wassermann teaching.
