Introducing the Wacky Writing Workshop! A unique and fun writing and language arts series that encourages creative storytelling and best-guess spelling in kids. This workshop offers a safe and fun environment within which children can explore the joys of writing and crafting story without the pressure of perfection. Through activities such as story-building, word games, and creative writing exercises, kids will be prompted to think outside the box and explore the benefits of best-guess spelling as a young author. Lots of wackiness, wiggles, writing and words throughout!
For more developed young writers who are looking to advance their creative writing skills, this series will reinforce reading and vocabulary, and support writing stamina; phonics for spelling; and reading comprehension and summarization. Kids will put pen to paper and may research short articles or get help with school writing projects.
