Carissa has been igniting young minds for over five years through her extensive experience teaching English and Math to elementary students in after-school and summer programs. With her background as an English Tutor at Ohlone College, Carissa adeptly guided ESL learners and students through college-level English courses and beyond. A UC Berkeley graduate in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a minor in Dance and Performance Studies, she combines her passion for English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, and Dance to create engaging and multifaceted learning experiences for students of all ages.
