Grasshopper Kids' Cookie Baking Experience is the perfect way for kids to get creative in the kitchen! This hands-on experience covers all the basics of baking. From measuring out ingredients to fashioning cookie cutters and decorating sugar cookies, kids will have a blast stirring up a batch of delicious delectables. While cookies bake in the oven, they may work on arts and crafts masterpieces, or hear storybooks about baking adventures! Let us know if your kids have a cookie creation they're looking to tackle. Otherwise, get ready for oatmeal cranberry, sugar cookies, and/or chocolate chip delights!
Nichaele (pronounced "Michelle" with an N) is an American Sign Language (ASL) teacher with her Bachelor's of Arts degree in ASL. She believes deeply learning should be fun for both students and teachers, and approaches every experience and learning environment with this in mind. Nichaele especially enjoys working with 2nd and 3rd graders with whom she loves to share her hobbies.
She has 2 years of experience volunteering at a children's hospital, worked with infants and young children for 3 years, and taught high school in Malawi, Africa. Nichaele currently works with children in after school programming. She is also passionate about writing, yoga, and healthy cooking and baking.
Nichaele is vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. She is first aid and CPR certified.
