The children were very happy and even some teachers approached us to ask for the recipe. The children explained not only the recipe but also why this bread is different and healthy. That was wonderful.

We made a sandwich bread with oat flour. The class was a success.

A.P. Giannini Middle School

It was a challenge, since attendance was low because the school had an activity, but even so, the class ended just as planned.

This class is a huge challenge for me, so it's the class I prepare the most for. Today was a little frustrating since the students change each class and nobody knew where my work material was, which I brought to school, which made it a little difficult to start working. But then somebody was able to find it and we did an excellent job.

The class was good, I arrived early which made us start a little earlier and we finished 10 minutes earlier, but it was a moment to talk and for them to tell me what they wanted to cook in the next classes.

We had an extraordinary class, we made fruit crepes with Greek yogurt as a topping, it was fun and today especially the children were organized and focused on their work.
